(h returns for another 'Natural' one-man show. These shows are very casual, featuring stripped-down versions of Marillion songs, some covers, and some stories, all with Steve behind the grand piano.)

___________________'Marillion Weekends 2011'_____________________
This year, the Marillion Weekends were three separate events taking place on two continents. The Netherlands Weekend followed a similar format to that of past Weekends. This included full-length Marillion concerts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. All Weekends will featured a performance of the Holidays In Eden album in its entirety on Friday night. The 'theme' for the Saturday night shows was an "A to Z" set featuring a song beginning with each letter of the alphabet. This marathon set included some rarely-played tracks as well as a Marillion/Led Zeppelin medley called "Zeparated Out'. The Sunday shows were a collection of favorite tracks.
The Netherlands Weekend was once again filmed by Toward Infinity for a future release. The Canada Weekend was not filmed. Also, for the first time in Montreal, there was a "Swap the Band" event and a Q/A session with the band on Sunday afternoon.
By popular demand, a third Marillion Weekend was announced in late August 2010 by the band. This was held at the fabulous art-deco "The Assembly" in Leamington Spa, England. The U.K. Weekend was much the same as the Canada Weekend. Only the three concerts were included.

(Marillion teamed up with Canadian prog-legends Saga for a co-headline German {and one Swiss date} tour. The bands alternated headliner status from date to date. Each band played a full set of approximately 90 minutes.)

(Once again, Steve Hogarth took to the stage in some intimate solo performances that featured h on piano and vocals. For the December shows, h asked the attendees to bring a Christmas ornament to decorate a tree as the show went on.)
